I am from Sri Lanka.This programme was great opportunity in my life.I got many friends from CERN.

I worked in the GEM lab in the French side. My project was Preparing lecture presentation for new comers to GEM lab.In that project I learnt about GEM detectors which are constructed for next upgrade of CMS detector.I joined for Quality control testing of gems(Gas Electron multipliers). During my training I got practical experience of instruments which I learnt in my university.I thanks all member who organise this Summer Internship for us.
